Bald. A lover of my family and my yellow dog, Zimbabwean, minimalist runner, minimalist everything, Londoner, fool, happy, sad, works with special needs kids, subversive, loyal, flawed, angry, laid back, early 60’s, passionate, lefty, pilgrim, stressed, unremarkable, remarkable...in other words just your average bloke.
This blog is a bit of fun for me, I like to observe and I hope it is intuitive, you won't find lots about mileages or pace (not that these are bad things). For me running is an act of purity, I love the fact that I can just step out my door and go.
